The outdoor pools offered stunning views of the city and sunset, creating a serene atmosphere. Breakfast was impressive, featuring a great variety including delicious salads. However, some issues arose with the heating in the room, which could have been more efficient. Additionally, the location is a bit far from major attractions, requiring a longer commute for those looking to explore. Had an amazing time with friends exploring the Tappeiner promenade and enjoying the guided hikes. The kids loved the pool area, making it perfect for our group trip. The location is super convenient, and we enjoyed a variety of meals. Definitely a family-friendly spot worth returning to!
Breakfast was decent, but I wished the scrambled eggs were less raw. Also, it was a bit concerning that I had to prepay my entire stay upfront. it made shifting plans tougher.

The wellness area was impressive with multiple saunas that provided a nice atmosphere. I also enjoyed the refreshing drink and snack provided during my spa session, which added a nice touch to the experience.
The room decor felt a bit dated, which was unexpected for a high-end hotel.

I stayed in a Classic Double or Twin Room, and it was really nice! The bed was super comfy, which is always a win. The room was spacious and clean, making it feel cozy. Not much noise at all, so I slept well. It had a modern design too, which I loved. Only thing was, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty sometimes.
